Weight lifting has changed my life. It has given me the strength, confidence and a new sense of personal purpose.
Like many people, I spent a lot of my adult life trying to get in shape and, like many women in-particular, fell for the mistaken belief skinny was the best way to looking and feeling better. How wrong I was!
