At Sculpt Your Strength, we are committed to providing you with a personalised programme which focuses on what you have to GAIN - a healthier, fitter, happier you - and not what you have to lose!

We start with a complimentary Introduction call so that we can get to know each other, understand where you are right now and what your specific needs and goals are. Everyone is different and we put you 100% in the CENTRE of your personal journey!

We are client lead and offer bespoke services such as one off sessions, lifestyle reviews and nutrition only support. 

We also offer the following two packages

1. Full Personal Coaching package 

Includes full training programme and nutritional guidance in person or online

-  initial 30 minute in-depth consultation 

- 1 hour strength training session a week in person or online 

-  personalised training plan 

-  personalised nutritional support and guidance 

-  access to me via whats app 7 days a week

- lifestyle recommendations

 

 

2. Fat loss programme 

Includes 6 weeks personalised training, education and nutrition online 

- 6 week personalised training programme to support fat loss

- nutritional plan and ongoing guidance

- personalised macros and calorie breakdown 

- weekly check in via whats app to review progress
